Loading, unloading & waiting time

One hour is included at each location for loading or unloading. Have your freight, crew, and equipment ready within your scheduled window.

After the included hour at a stop, additional waiting time is billed at $100 per hour, in 15-minute increments — $25 per 15 minutes.

Your quoted transportation rate stays fixed, with no fuel surcharge. Excess waiting time is an additional charge and can increase the final bill.
